“This is the first time I've felt the need to say how disorganised this event has been. The normal 2 leaders were not there today, instead the two running the event showed little interest in the children to start. No register, no communication for around 10 minutues just waiting. Had my child not been older with a phone and only a short walk from home I would not have left my child there. I arrived slightly earlier to collect my child to find one of the leaders sat not even paying any attention to the kids and the other entertaining himself on the gym exercise equipment. Didn't even ask who I was when my child got into my car. I would hope to see the original leaders return.”
