“We enjoyed it so much we did it twice and it’s honestly become one of the highlights of our week. It’s the perfect blend of gentle movement for mums and engaging sensory play for babies. I’ve picked up so many new nursery rhymes, my baby has loved the sensory activities and I’ve actually managed to get some stretching and mindful movement in at the same time. It feels relaxing, enriching and so thoughtfully put together.
Highly recommend for any mum looking to ease back into movement postpartum while keeping baby entertained, stimulated and happy. It’s such a lovely way to bond and feel good in your body again.”

Little bodis Baby yoga
“The baby yoga part of the session was really nice and the stretches were very beneficial for my baby. Unfortunately it was for a short and limited time; then comes yoga for us mummies and then sensory play and all these jammed into the time the session is was too much. I think there definitely was not enough baby yoga time at all and would definitely be better to remove the sensory play part and just give more time to the baby yoga. If i want baby sensory play i'd sign up for that in a different class but i signed up for baby yoga to try unstiffen my baby's body but there was definitely not enough of that unfortunately. On another note, Nicole was lovely and made the class feel like a safe space to feel comfortable for all.”

“First Little Bodi's class with my 17 week old. What a fun class. Focused on both mum and baby, which gives you the chance to do something for you while baby is occupied, but still in arms reach. Looking forward to the next few weeks”
