Had my first class last Wednesday and it was brilliant. I’ve booked my next block already and will be continuing with the classes until baby is here.

Which activity or class did you attend? Pregnancy yoga class
Review Sarahs pregnancy yoga class was so much more than exercise. I started going to the class at around 20/21 weeks pregnant and continued up until birth at 41 weeks. The class was a weekly reset and time for myself. I also learnt a lot of breathing techniques, positive affirmations (which I used for when I struggled to sleep during pregnancy and during labour) and birthing positions. Having this knowledge really helped me through the labour process as a first time mum and made me feel more confident navigating my way through contractions. As I had been going to the class for a long period the breathing techniques and labour positions seemed to come more naturally and definitely played a big part in my positive birth experience. The class offers so much more than yoga exercises and if you are thinking about booking a class I would really urge you to. Sarah’s class is amazing and I look forward to starting her mom and little one yoga classes.

Which activity or class did you attend? Yoga with babies
This class is brilliant, can’t recommend enough! Sarah is a great instructor but also so welcoming. The whole group is very friendly and a highlight of our week. Thank you!

Which activity or class did you attend? Hypnobirthing class
I totally recommend to choose Sarah for your hypnobirthing class. She is really well prepared, full all knowledge and puts passion on what she is explaining. And she also goes beyond that and gives you support in any aspect of your pregnancy and hospital care. She gives you a lot of resources and material to go well prepared to your labour. I started the pregnancy yoga class a few weeks ago and I fell in love with it! Sarah’s class is such a good work out, it is relaxing and calming and is guiding me through what stretches/breathing techniques will help me through pregnancy and birth. I would definitely recommend!

I have been attending these classes for a while now and find them amazing!! Sarah is a lovely lady and provides a very calming, inclusive environment. I can feel the benefits of the class in terms of my flexibility and movement- plus I have the BEST nights sleep after a class! Would highly recommend.

Brill, very enjoyable and therapeutic. Warm, kind instructor, great variety of moves with options provided for ability and comfort with a bump!
