“At the end of the lesson the teacher said that lessons were not supposed to be next week due to half term? So she was having her male friend step in to teach instead of her? If I had known this information prior to booking my two week trial then I would have waited until November to book. My little one is quite sensitive at the moment so seeing a different teacher could upset her and also is he DBS checked as I would expect the other teachers to be? Also very strict on 2-4 year olds to spend a lot of time stood on a very small coloured circle. A lot of time spent focusing on that and my daughter was doing everything asked… just not on her designated circle. Other children running around. Allowing the next class in the room while ours was still in process. Just all really surprised me. When other children were running around and not wanting to listen to their parents it distracted mine thinking she could run around too. Other toddler groups I have been to even ones quite relaxed just allow little ones to run around if they want to as long as they are safe”
“A really lovely class held by Miss Hannah. Very welcoming and full of enthusiasm. My daughter loves Saturday morning Ballet here. Getting the girls to try new techniques and follow new instructions from someone other than parents. Its an intimate class of only 4-5 little girls which is perfect for us as we like small groups.
Miss Hannah has a lovely way with the children and learns their names very quickly and speaks to them directly throughout the class using encouraging and prompting language.
