Dear Ana,
I am writing to address your recent review and clarify the situation regarding the class on January 15th.
Please be assured that the session did go ahead as scheduled. Due to the rain, we moved the activity indoors. Although indoor space was limited because of the Little Fingers program, we were able to provide the session inside one of the classrooms. All children were made aware of this change at the time, our PE teacher was with REMOVED at the end of the day as she was teaching PE so he would have been aware that Faye was there to teach Dodgeball.
We would never cancel a lesson without providing prior notice to parents, the school, and the attending children. I apologise for any misunderstanding that led your son to believe the class was not taking place.
