“It was my child's first time at the club and despite filling out the form and indicating that my child may get upset as it's a new setting, new environment, new staff and that I will be on the phone to collect him straight away no one had called me. When I came to collect my child he was sitting under the table crying and was very stressed. I approached one of the staff who confirmed that he was like that for the whole duration (2 hours!) . And no one seemed to be bothered how stressful and anxious my child might've felt and no one even attended and comforted him, not mentioning they didn't call me! I was appalled and shocked at the level of poor attitude towards children and clearly a lack of understanding children behaviours and needs Never again! Would not recommend to anyone!”
