Holiday camp
“If your child is neuro diversion then this holiday camp isn't for your child. The staff need training on children with additional needs.
My child struggles to regulate his emotions and on the pathway for ADHD and they handle a situation very inappropriately and could have been avoided. I made them very aware of this and they see me speak to him in the morning.
The lady that is the safe guarding person (Chrissy) shouldn't be working with the public she doesn't know how to talk to people she has a attitude problem and is rude.
I have sent my son to another holiday camp today and they were fantastic with him he was happy and the staff were happy with him, we had no incidents like we did at MFSE”
“My daughter is always looking forward to go. Today, her brother didn't go to pick her on time, the facilitators called and waited patiently for him to get there 10 minutes late and were very couteous on the phone through the conversations”
“My children have been to breakfast and afterschool clubs and holiday clubs run by MFSE. They are always happy to go, lots of activities on offer, good food (where available) and great value for money.”
