“My toddler isn’t usually one to join in, so I was never sure how he’d find a group class — but Little Fizz has been an absolute joy.
From the start, Liz created such a calm, welcoming space that he felt safe to take things at his own pace. There’s no pressure to perform or keep up, just gentle encouragement and a real understanding of how toddlers engage in different ways.
Over time, I’ve seen his confidence grow so much. He’s gone from watching quietly to joining in, interacting with other children, and even making little friendships whixch is something I never expected to see happen so naturally.
The songs have been a huge part of that journey. Being able to download them and sing along at home has made such a difference; they’ve helped him feel familiar and comfortable in class, and now he happily sings them at home too.
Little Fizz has helped my child find his confidence in his own time, and as a parent that means everything.”

Little Fizz Valentines Day Family Party
“I came to the Little Fizz Valentine’s Day family party as a grandparent, and I honestly can’t stop smiling when I think about it. I regularly attend Little Fizz with my daughter and grand daughter, and one of the things I’ve always loved is how genuinely welcoming it is to grandparents, you never feel like you’re ‘just tagging along’. But these family parties are something else entirely.
Celebrating Valentine’s Day together, as a whole family, felt really special. The room was transformed into the most magical space, full of colour, warmth and joy, and you could feel how much thought, creativity and sheer hard work had gone into every detail. From the music and activities to the atmosphere itself.
What meant the most to me was sharing those moments together, watching my granddaughter’s face light up, joining in, laughing together and making memories that we’ll treasure. Life moves so fast, and experiences like this give you a chance to pause and really be present as a family.
Little Fizz classes are always about connection, but this Valentine’s Day party took it to another level. It was joyful, inclusive, beautifully done and absolutely magical. I feel very lucky to have been part of it. Thank you Lizz!”

“As a mum of a child with additional needs, I cannot express how impressed I am with the inclusivity of Little Fizz. From our very first session, it was clear that every child is genuinely valued, understood, and welcomed exactly as they are.

“This was my very first time attending a class like this, and I came along with my toddler grandchild. She had already been coming to Little Fizz with their mum, so it was lovely to see how confident and settled she was in the space, happily joining in and clearly feeling at home from the start.
As a grandparent, I felt completely welcome. There were other grandparents there too, alongside mums, dads, and carers, and everyone was made to feel equally included. I never once felt out of place- it really is a class where all caregivers are embraced.
I also really appreciated the thoughtfulness and care. I’ve recently had a knee operation, and being offered a chair made such a difference and allowed me to relax and enjoy the session fully without worrying about comfort.
The songs are original, catchy, and full of meaning, and the fact that they’re downloadable is such a bonus. It’s lovely being able to share the songs at home together and recognise them again in class as it really helps strengthen the connection and makes the experience continue beyond the session itself.
I genuinely wish Little Fizz had been around when I was a mum, but I’m so glad to be experiencing it now as a grandparent. It’s a wonderful way to spend special time together, and I would happily recommend it to other grandparents looking for something truly inclusive and joyful.”

“As a new dad, walking into my first Little Fizz class I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I was blown away. The sessions are brilliantly put together; calm, welcoming, and incredibly engaging for babies, without ever feeling overwhelming.
What I really appreciated was how thoughtfully everything is structured. There’s a clear flow to the class, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy being there, and the mix of music, movement, and sensory play keeps little ones totally absorbed. My baby lights up during the songs and loves exploring the props, and it’s amazing to see how much confidence and curiosity they’ve already developed.
Lizz creates an environment where everyone feels comfortable, including parents who might be new to baby groups. She’s warm, reassuring, and clearly hugely experienced. It feels like you’re in very safe hands.

“I’ve been coming to Little Fizz with my little boy for nearly four years now, and it’s been such a special part of our lives. He has absolutely loved every stage of the classes, and it’s been lovely to see how his confidence and enjoyment have grown over time.
The sessions are always thoughtfully planned around a clear theme for the term, with familiar songs that the children quickly recognise and join in with. There’s a wonderful balance between repetition and variety - enough familiarity for children to feel secure, but always something new to explore or get excited about.
Liz puts an extraordinary amount of care into every detail. The props are always beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, the sessions are carefully paced, and the weekly newsletter is a lovely touch that helps you feel connected to what your child is learning and experiencing.
Lizz also came to entertain my son and his friends for his 4th birthday party, which was absolutely brilliant. Everyone commented on how much fun their children had and how engaged they were throughout.

“One of the things I value most about Little Fizz is the reassuring structure of the classes. There’s a familiar rhythm each week, so both parents and babies quickly know what’s coming next, which makes such a difference.
While the sessions follow a consistent flow, there’s always something new woven in — a different song, prop or sensory experience — so it never feels too repetitive. It’s a really thoughtful balance between familiarity and gentle variety.
The carefully designed environment helps my baby settle almost straight away, and as a parent I find it incredibly reassuring to know what to expect. It takes away any uncertainty and allows us both to relax and enjoy the time together.”
