“Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally provide serious feedback regarding my children’s experience at your sports program this week. Regrettably, every day they have attended has resulted in significant distress, making their experience entirely negative—a stark contrast to our experience with other sports camp providers.
While I understand that managing group dynamics during summer holiday camps can be challenging, there are several critical issues that require management's attention:
Behavioral Management and Safety: There appears to be a noticeable lack of discipline and behavioral boundaries. My children reported persistent disrespect toward school property, staff, and peers, including instances of physical aggression and group chanting targeted at individual children.
Lack of Staff Supervision and Intervention: The on-site coaches did not seem properly trained or empowered to handle bullying or de-escalate aggressive behavior. Allowing disruptive behavior to go unchecked directly impacts the safety and well-being of the other children.
Communication and Follow-Through: I previously raised these concerns directly with your on-site staff. Unfortunately, no visible action was taken, nor was any feedback or reassurance provided to indicate the matter was being addressed.
Leaving our children in holiday care while working requires a high degree of trust. Given that my children experienced major negative incidents on a daily basis without adequate staff intervention, we have lost confidence in the management and structure of your program.
Consequently, we will not be using your sports school again. Moving forward, we will return to an alternative provider that, despite being further away, offers a properly structured, well-supervised, and safe environment.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that management reviews staff training, conflict resolution protocols, and supervision standards for the benefit of future attendees.”

“My son comes here evertime we need them and he loves it. They keep him active all day and have lots of activities going on. Great club and reasonable prices.”
