“I have paid for my kids but they didn’t collect them from classroom and they didn’t attend session. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. I expect better organisation and communication, especially when parents are paying for these activities”
Thanks for providing feedback. I hope you received our email confirming that the school didn't bring the child to our club, as is agreed process with the school.
Your child was taken to late club and the school unfortunately didn't call you until 30 mins after the club had started.
We have been in contact with school to agree how this can be avoided in the future and hope that you will re-book another session with us. A full refund was provided for the child taken to the late club and the sibling who was unwell that day.
Which activity or class did you attend?
After school club (football)
“I scheduled football club for my son after school, and for the second time he said he doesn't play, and he's just left out! We won't try a third time”
“Booked after school club but the coach never showed up. The school were left looking after the children and I had to go and collect them early. No offer of a refund from Top Sports Academy.”
Which activity or class did you attend?
home club after school
“My daughter attends an after-school club where the teamwork and management are excellent. The staff is very responsible when it comes to the children, and their communication is amazing, which helps reduce my stress as a parent. However, I would like to see the club offer a few more activities that engage the children, especially girls, rather than just having them sit them or jumping around without anythings. Simple activities like building with LEGO, team-based games, or playing games like matches and dominoes would be wonderful additions. It would make the experience much more fun for them, especially since there are minimal facilities, just some balls and colouring sheets! They are there for three hours, so I believe the program could be more educational, fun, and structured for the kids, even at a very low cost.”
