“I got these leggings as a gift and was so excited to try them on. As soon as I put them on a realized there was a hole on the butt of the leggings. No problem that happens! I emailed customer service and had to jump through hoops to get a new pair. Since it was a gift I did not have the exact information of the order and felt bad asking the person who gifted them to me since it was not their fault. It took about 2 weeks to finally get it right. Then they emailed me a prepaid shipping label so I could return them which made it easy to mail them back but I still had to pay for the envelope to ship them in. They would not mail me a new pair until I mailed the originals back even though I sent them a picture of the hole which made them unwearable. This was an error that they made, in my experience when a company messes up they want to fix the problem asap without putting any extra stress on you, the consumer. I am a health care worker so getting to the post office was very difficult for me especially during this time so it took me about a month to get my new pair. While I am a huge fan of the leggings and this is my third pair of BBB’s, their customer service needs some work.”
“TBH I pulled these out of the package and thought to myself “did I accidentally order BBB kids?”. Shook by the stretch on these, they fit me perfectly and did not move at all during my workout this morning! OBBsessed.”
“I have 3 pairs of croco and love them. These feel much thinner and not as supportive. I’ve lost weight and am smaller yet these are see through on me. I still love the croco and will be back for more of those!”
