“I tried to return leggings because they had holes in them and customer service refused to return anything purchased over 6 months ago. I have 9 pair of leggings, 3 zip ups, 4 sports bras and have been a VERY faithful customer, always promoting/supporting this brand to family/friends even outside of Boston. However, to pay $85 per legging only to not be able to wear 3 pair of them any longer because they have visible holes and customer service does absolutely nothing to keep me as a customer is extremely upsetting. They actually took the time to mail them back to me with no refund and pretty much said ‘too bad’. I am honestly extremely shocked and disappointed that this is how such a reputable company would handle this issue.”
