Just a suggestion...is there a way for customers to log into their purchase history?
This is the second time I purchased leggings during an online promo & bought a color so close to ones I already own. I gave away the pair I purchased in September. I purchased leggings on National Leggings Day & when I got my order I realized I did I it again! I ordered a pair so close in color to two pairs I already own. Today, I wanted to exchange them for a different color but I lost the 20% off. Same style just different color as that would be a fair, even exchange. It was a little disappointing that couldn’t happen today. I was going to exchange my pair & pick up a matching sports bra but when I realized I wasn’t going to receive the 20% the leggings I decided to not get the sports bra & just pay the difference for the leggings. I would’ve bought more but I was a little disappointed.
With all that being said, if there was a way to access your order history I don’t think I would’ve found myself in the situation. I think even exchanges for same style within 14 days would be an amazing courtesy to customers too. Some of your very loyal BBB fans can’t keep track of all their pairs! LOL! Thank you for your time.”
