The waist band is higher and keeps everything in place and are also so comfortable.

“I initially bought the original croc leggings and I can barely breathe in them. I am 5'9 and am a size 12 normally in jeans, etc. The leggings were too tight to even sit down comfortably, so I ended up buying a pair of these curvy croc leggings. They are literally just as tight as the originals and I really have no idea how these say they can fit up to 3x! I can still barely sit down without this being so tight around my stomach. These are great and stay up but when my rolls are hanging over the sides it's not flattering or comfortable at all. Probably won't buy these again unfortunately.”
