“Leggings are great, website search and sorting is not. I tried to sort by the color black and it was comical how many colored sets popped up. Additionally newbies like me want to be able to search by reviews and popular styles and the search engine was like someone made it in 1999 and I don’t want to search by a style of set but rather “fully length leggings in black””
“I like the leggings I bought, however, my experience at the store was less than desirable. I walked in and I was greeted by this woman who asked me what I was looking for, so I pointed to the croco skin leggings in white and said I wanted the same one but in black. She then pointed to the wall full of leggings and said they were $85 each (really loud, to the point where another customer who was white and was looking at the leggings looked at me in surprise). Another customer walked in asking for the same leggings, but she never yelled the price at them because they were also white. I picked the leggings I wanted walked to the counter asked her about the size and paid for them. She looked surprised that I was even buying them, and her tone changed when I was purchasing. I bought the leggings because I really wanted them, and could actually afford everything in the store. Please educate your sales associated not to treat customers based on the color of their skin. That was my first and last visit to your store!”
