“The package I received was for a different client. When I contacted customer support I was told my original order would not be mailed until I shipped the incorrect order back. As a customer The shipment of my order should not be contingent upon me correcting the error an employee made. I now have to take time out of my workday to go mail the package back and my original shipment will be delayed. I’m a long standing customer but I was definitely disappointed with how this order was handled. I also am concerned my products went to the other recipient’s home. With CoViD mailing items to another household by accident I would want to be sure I’m not receiving items from a household I don’t know about. I also hope that if my personal information was shipped to another individual like I received someone’s else’s information that I would be informed for PII breaches.”
