“Slightly disappointed with service. I ordered a gift for relatives who live some considerable distance from me. I requested 15th Dec for delivery but the item was delivered on 13th instead. No one home so had to be left under a bush in the garden. I received messages to Mr. Kevin Richards who was the recipient - not the person placing the order. All a bit shoddy.”
