“I bought collagen primarily for my achy joints. I tried many other brands of collagen in the past, but couldn't use any of them for more than week because i ended up with stomach issues and skin flare-ups. Lucky for me, Bowmar collagen didn't cause any side effects. I used a scoop every day until I finished up my first tub. Within a week I noticed that my raggedy cuticles healed. My joint pain diminished noticeably, including a shoulder injury from which I'm recovering. My weak/brittle nails grew longer and don't break easily. The skin on the back of my hands and under my eyes looks noticeably younger and thicker. The skin on the rest of my body looks brighter and has a glow. I didn't have skin wrinkles prior to using this product, so I can't comment whether it has effect on wrinkles. I'm definitely noticing new hair growth. The product is a free flowing powder that mixes well with water and nut milks, cold or hot. I've mixed it with protein powder or greens, and it does not affect the taste of the drink. It adds thickness and creamy texture to the drink. Overall, I'm happy I found this product and plan to continue using it.”
