“I took this almost my entire pregnancy (insert obligatory *ask your doctor* here) I personally didn’t, because it’s collagen for crying out loud BUT I DIGRESS. I started taking it at about 3 months along because I grow big babies. This stuff is amazing, nary a NEW stretch mark (I did get a few during my first pregnancy 9 years ago) and it improved the ones I did have!
