“I've been taking it for about 3 weeks and I've had plantar fasciitis for about two years. Had 3 cortisone shots, physical therapy, and shoe inserts. “I’m going to start off talking about how I’ve been taking Collagen for 6 months now. I am I’m a HUGE fan of collagen and what it’s done for me. If you have skin trouble, hair loss, and joint pain and aren’t taking collagen.. you really should start. I started off taking collagen by another brand... I dreaded taking it because it didn’t mix well/clumped together no matter what I did.. it also tasted horrible and had a weird gelatin texture.. but the benefits I experienced outweighed the disgustingness of that collagen so...whatever right??
