“I have never had terrible skin, but I have also never had good skin either. My skin has always been kind of textured, and it seemed like when one breakout would go away, another would appear. I started taking this collagen, and could visibly notice a difference in what seemed like a week. I have not really had any breakouts (plus or minus a few from that time of the month) and the texture of my skin is so even and smooth. On top of that, my hair and nails seem to have been growing faster as well. I find it best to mix this with warmish water first, then I mix in a crystal light packet, and put some ice in it. “I started taking this and the greens supplement a week ago with the expectation that I would make healthier choices, yet I have only made horrible life choices since then - except for taking these supplements. I did not think this would work as well nor as quickly as it did, but now I'm writing a review for them because I cannot believe how amazing my skin looks after finding myself in the midst of a mild bender, but diligently taking my greens and collagen peptides every morning to feel some semblance of health.
I got these last Monday and have been taking them (nearly) every day since then. I had only wine for dinner Tuesday. Went out to happy hour with a Tinder dude Wednesday, who was supposed to be a platonic friend but we ended up drinking all night and got two hours of sleep and went to work in his sweater (no greens or peptides Thursday morning). Pretty much died all day Thursday. Got drunk again Friday. Died most of Saturday. Stupidly met up with the same Tinder dude again at 11am Sunday to watch soccer at a bar, trying to be platonic again, but drank all day instead and got home at 11pm. My skin should look horrible because for a week I was hungover and dehydrated and tired and stressed and when I'm stressed I can't eat, so I also haven't given my body adequate nutrition in 6 days, BUT MY SKIN SOMEHOW LOOKS AMAZING!
