However, being able to see the results from real people (I mean Sarah will literally repost their pictures for you to see) is what made me commit. I am on my second tub of collagen. My nails have never had issues with growing but they definitely are hard and strong, while before they’d break off easier. “THIS COLLAGEN THO. I am (no exaggeration) on my feet walking on cement floors for about 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. I work with dogs and cats so it’s a lot of bending and crouching and being on your knees. I also workout 5-6 days a week. Generally my joints and I are not best friends.
