“I have not tried other collagen brands as a comparison, but I love this one and the versatility of using it, in smoothies, coffee, etc. It does not taste good, you have to mix it into things. I also do not have any skin problems, I am taking this as a preventative measure to maintain my overall health. I used it through my pregnancy, too. I think it is helping with my skin, hair, nails - hopefully!”
