“wow wow WOW! I am new to protein nut butters but let me tell you, they got my heart. These protein nut butters are amazing! I bought them because I was struggling to hit my macros and even though I don't really have that much of a sweet tooth, I do for nuts and I am nuts over these.
So far I have tried the cookie butter (cashew), blueberry donut (almond), cinnamon crunch cereal (almond) and cake pop (cashew). My favorite for sure is the cookie butter because it is the perfect balance of flavors and the consistency is pretty thick when you mix it, same with the cinnamon crunch cereal. However, the blueberry donut and cake pop have more of a liquid consistency, but I like to pop them in the fridge or freezer for a little and the consistency is way better in my opinion since I like my butters thick. In regards of the flavors, the blueberry donut was a little bit overwhelming for me. It is very sweet and the flavor is good but not the best (I could taste the artificialness of the flavor). On the other hand, the cake pop flavor is amazing and same with the cinnamon crunch cereal.
If I had to put them in order from most liked to least, it would be: cookie butter, cinnamon crunch cereal, cake pop, blueberry donut.
I have been trying to try the frosted animal cookie flavor...I'm dying to try it please restock!!!”
“As a newbie to Bowmar, I was very excited to try the halloween egg and blueberry donut protein butters. The blueberry donut is very sweet, much sweeter than an actual blueberry donut, but it is still delicious. I plan to use it more as a topping over pancakes, waffles, etc. (things that blueberries get mixed with). But the halloween egg, I am in love!! It's as good as everyone else says it is. To me, it tastes like lucky charms marshmallows mixed with the creme from inside a cadbury egg. I could eat this stuff straight out the jar, it's that good. I'm definitely going to stock up on halloween egg and try some new flavors!!”

“These deserve greater than five stars, I put these butters in and on everything. Rice cakes, smoothies, pretzels, protein bars- or just by the spoonful. I have tried all but the fall release flavors (only because I have too many I have not finished yet!). These curb my sweet cravings, and are not overly sweet. They are the perfect consistency and the nutritional profile truly is dreamy for those that watch what they eat. Highly recommended is an understatement for these.”
