“I have Lyme disease and it is difficult to find food I can eat with out creating a herx or feeling sick. I know I need protein so I was looking at Bowmar actually for something else and came across this protein spread. I just received it yesterday, the lemon cookie flavor and let me just say ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I am gng to have to pace myself or I wld probably eat the jar in a week.
