“OKAY so I've been taking melt for a bit now. I have ALWAYS struggled with weight okay. Melt has really really help accelerate my weight loss. I've been eating in a deficit for a few months. ALSO - so it comes in a nice sized tub. But I even ordered the sample pack so it was super easy to just put a few sticks in my purse so I can bring it with me on vacation in a super convenient way. Also super convenient for when my mornings are super busy - I just grab a stick and put it in my purse so I don't have to lug the (small) tub around with me. Very very convenient!!”

The blue raspberry (stim) is not a tart or sour blue raspberry flavor at all, it reminds me of blue Kool aid or blue Hawaiian punch, its DECLICIOUS. I could drink it as a normal drink for every dinner. It absolutely does not have any sort of supplement or "protein" taste like most other supplements do. I used 1 scoop after dinner and before I workout in the evenings and it has just enough stimulant I think to give me a good pump for my workout. I've noticed taking it before I workout really gets me to burn extra calories.
