I haven’t taken them long enough to notice a difference in weight loss but the taste alone is goof enough. I only take 1 scoop instead of the recommended 2, so I don’t feel the stimulants.”

“I am in probably one of the outliers, I purchased blue raspberry and am struggling to drink it. It taste like cough syrup to me and it lingers. I’ve tried to mix with only a little water, taking it really quickly and washing it down with a ton of water before I inhale but that’s a process. Haha. I does bother my stomach a bit as well as I notice having to run to the bathroom every time I’ve taken it (doing just one scoop). But I’ve noticed weight loss after a month long plateau so it’s doing it’s job. I hate wasting things but I don’t know if I can finish the container.”
