“I wish there was another way to express just how much I love this product! I’ve had so many different protein powders but this is definitely the best. No need to chug it and get it down, no horrible aftertaste. Genuinely excellent taste and texture, high quality, excellent macros, and even though it contains whey, it doesn’t bother my stomach at all! You also can’t taste the whey in it like you can in other brands.
I love that this protein is also versatile. Hot? Cold? Baked? Microwaved? Frozen? ALL OF THE ABOVE.
I’ve made the lava cake (if you don’t have Sarah’s recipe book- get it!), pudding, chocolate peanut butter cream pie, fudge pops, peanut butter cups as well as standard protein shake(even with water!), classic hot chocolate and more with PHC and have yet to be disappointed.

“I cannot say enough about this protein! I've always had gut issues and a hard time with protein powders, especially after having a baby. I've followed Sarah for a long time, and believe in everything she promotes/does so I figured why not? OH MY GOSH I wish this protein powder was in my life right after having a newborn because it is a LIFESAVER! I haven't experience ANY type of GI issues with it, it tastes FANTASTIC, and it is AFFORDABLE! What more can a new mom ask for? There is always enough for two shakes in my diaper bag at all times!
When I turn my nutribullet on my 15 month old comes running because he loves it just as much as I do! I even have my hubby switched over to this powder from his old brand - which getting this guy to switch ANYTHING is impossible.

“I could go on for ages about this protein. In fact I do, to every friend and family member I see.
The taste is epic, and I have never experienced discomfort after intaking it, usually i bloat and retain water. I shared it with my mom who had colon cancer 20yrs ago. She cannot process food well since, and even she loves it and it doesn't cause issues! I sent a 5lb tub to our family friend who is mid 60s, and lactose intolerant. He's and his wife are struggling with their health. He is obsessed and has zero effects from his allergy!!! He doesn't use his lactose pills either!
I sent a tub to my boyfriend on deployment. He always had side effects from bad protein. And Boom nothing!!plus he thinks it tastes amazing! I took it to a festival I stage manage at and gave tastes to everyone and anyone asking about it. All on weight lose journeys that struggle with bad effects on their bodies or using SUPER $$ protein. One guy didn't believe me and did the math, he ordered his 1lb tub today as the 5lb is sold out!! “I was hesitant to buy it because other previous protein powders with whey/casein in them just RUINED my stomach ( I even tried the super expensive brands) they always made me feel gurgly, gassy, and in pain. I read a lot of reviews on here and there was nothing but great things to say so I just went ahead and bought it and had my first shake last night and felt TOTALLY FINE afterwards!!! No pain, gas, nothing---it is truly amazing lol. Here I was thinking I had an allergy to whey/casein but apparently it is just the quality. “When I saw so many posts about people using PHC in their coffee, I couldn't believe it. I love my coffee but have always been on the creamer wagon. The consistency and taste of PHC in plain black coffee is incredible! I feel so much better using PHC in coffee than I ever did with creamer (less bloating, more full, clearer skin). PHC is also great on its own but putting it in my coffee is my favorite. I 100% recommend this to any skeptics - it's a fantastically made product & priced right in line w/ other proteins out there.”
