I usually always went with optimum nutrition and it made my stomach feel weird, and I had really bad indigestion or I was bloated. But this has NOT happened with PHC. “This is by far the best protein I've had. The PHC Rapid Mixer too is just too much fun and makes it soo easy to mix on the go! I am a teacher and I can already foresee myself taking the powder to school and mixing it randomly in class when I need a snack. I recently cut out most dairy due to see about sensitivities and this does not bother my stomach at all. Recently bought vanilla PE Science protein powder for smoothies and I have only had it once and it was chalky and not smooth like this PHC. Not knocking PEScience but the Bowmars have won me over!
