Seriously, this stuff is so yummy that you almost feel guilty afterwards! “To say I was skeptical would be an understatement. I mean with a 5 star rating and people hyping it up nonstop how could you not be worrysome?
I am here to tell you...I took the leap. I jumped with both feet and bought a tub. BEST. DECISION. EVER.
Most protein powders make me nauseous, and are too salty! Not to mention the consistency and inability to mix with other substances. Oh and don’t get me started on gas and bloating!
But PHC is amazing. It is the most high quality protein powder probably in existence. It taste like chocolate milk. Creamy, smooth, chocolate milk!
Not to mention my husband loves it too! As active duty military he rarely has time to get a full meal in during the day and PHC is great for him to mix with coffee or just mix with water.

I have been curious about it since it launched but was not confident enough to buy it in fear of not liking it, and yet again having another tub of gross protein powder I’d have to choke down. Not the case here! I have been adding it to my coffee in the mornings and it keeps me full through lunch time and I’ve noticed an energy boost! Stop hesitating and buy it. You will not regret it!!”
“If you hate the taste of splenda, stevia, or any other artificial sweetener but want a sugary tasting protein- then this is for you.
I absolutely despise anything that has the taste of artificial sweeteners but this is barely noticeable and best used while it’s hot (either as actual hot chocolate or with coffee). I typically don’t write reviews but this stuff is good”
“Without even liking normal hot chocolate, I only ordered PHC because of all of the crazy good reviews. I wasn’t even a protein drinker at that point (too gross!). When I got the tub in the mail, I literally laughed, thinking “there goes another $65”. I thought for sure I’d never finish this tub and it would be another failed attempt at a healthy supplement.
Today as I prepared for my weekend road trip, I had to open my SECOND tub. I couldn’t go an entire weekend with out PHC.
I highly recommend it for any level of protein drinker. It’s versatility really is no joke.

“So, every time I think I'm ready to write a review, I find something else I love about PHC!
1. It tastes great by itself.
2. I no longer need coffee creamer because it's amazing in coffee.
3. I went from being a girl that struggled to hit her protein macro, to a girl struggling to not eat too much protein due to PHC and Sarah's dessert cookbook.
4. Speaking of her cookbook - PHC bakes SO much better than the (more expensive) protein I was using previously.
5. I used to have to add other things to make my protein shakes taste better, and now I add my PHC to other things to make them taste better. (I seriously added PHC to some protein ice cream that I'd didn't like the taste of, and it made it delicious)
6. I have zero bloating or other side effects, regardless of when I drink PHC. I used to have to take protein before or after a meal because it would upset my stomach if I drank it on an empty stomach.
Seriously, every day feels like a "treat day" when you have a supplement that has great macros, tastes amazing, and its so versatile. I've reccomend PHC to pretty much anyone that will listen to me. Can't wait for other flavors!”

“How Sarah and Josh managed to create such a flawless product is beyond me! It is SO GOOD. Mixes great with hot or cold liquid, NO weird aftertaste in the slightest.
