“Let me start off by saying that I love hot chocolate. Nothing beats a warm mug with homemade whipped cream! I wanted to cut my sugar intake down and I do drink coffee in the morning with creamer and that adds so much sugar into my day. I found Sarah on Instagram because she is such a great person and she was talking about her PHC. Now I was worried that it would be like every other protein out there, but this one is so much more! “Initially I bought the samples of PHC and LOVED them so naturally when the tubs were back in stock I bought 2! I love this in my coffee in the morning especially if I'm running late it is a great meal replacement. The macros are great and typically when I have tried new proteins my stomach bloats and it takes a while for me to adjust - that has not happened at all with PHC. Pricing is great as the quality is on point and the servings of the 5 lb tub are comparable if not better than most brands. I also use this while traveling now which saves money at the airport and keeps me on track with my eating when I'm out of my home routine.
