“I've tried 3 bowmar flavors. I can honestly say that I've never been a powdered protein fan. To me, protein is thick and chalky and just gross. But, I loooove coffee and go to bed excited to wake up to drink coffee. After reading all the reviews about how amazing this is in coffee, I had to give it a try. It holds up to its reputation and I LOVE the shake recipes! Yesterday, I found myself stuck in meetings without food breaks. I only had bowmar nutrition and water.
