“I am a type 1 diabetic and have always been thin. I have tried countless other protein shakes and meal replacement/supplement shakes while working with my doctor to gain some weight. I mixed it with cold coffee and served over ice or blended and it is soooo delicious. I'm in love. Tomorrow I'm trying Sarah's brownie batter shake recipe and I'm sure it'll be incredible too!
