I'm on my first cup right now for about a half hour, so I guess I can only speak to the flavor, but so far no gross side effects and an absolutely delicious drink. Plus, it's lunch time, and while I was very hungry having not eaten anything before I started on this cup, I still have half a cup left and am feeling pretty sated.

“I debated for months if I wanted to try this protein, I finally broke down and purchased the 1lb tub to try it out. OMG it is the best protein I have ever tasted. Amazing flavor, not chalky and no after taste. I first tried it with cool water, then with ice, and the holy grail, in my coffee! Kicking myself for not ordering the 5lb tub, I will as soon as it is back. This is a great breakfast for my son too, I mix a scoop with water, ice, half a banana and 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter. I just ordered the 5 lb of PBC to try as well (figured I would go straight to the 5lb tub this time). The pricing on the 5lb tub is a great value as well!!! Can't wait to see what flavors come next, but I will buy PHC as long as you make it!!!”
