“I want to preface this review by saying that I very rarely write reviews for products, but these products are simply worthy of it. I have tried countless proteins and supplements throughout the years and Bowmar Nutrition is nothing short of the best. As a fourth year pharmacy student, I am constantly on the go and my schedule is always changing. I have struggled recently with maintaining my health and fitness (something I have always valued), I was craving all of the wrong foods, and just felt “blah.” I have been drinking PHC for breakfast daily and it has done wonders for me. No bloating, cravings controlled, and decreased hunger throughout the day. I get full from appropriate portion sizes and don’t feel the need to snack throughout the day. “I have followed sarah for years and kept seeing her post how much everyone loved the protein and that there were 5 star reviews. I was hesitant to buy PHC just because I was afraid I wouldn't like the flavor and get stuck with 5lbs of protein. I WAS SO WRONG. This protein is delicious!! I love mixing it with hot water for healthy hot chocolate. It tastes amazing blended with vanilla unsweetened almond milk + coffee poured over ice. Makes the best protein pancakes and waffles!
