“Two things: first, I’ve literally been trying for years to make an at home Starbucks Frappuccino with no luck. The frappe recipe I got with PHC is literally perfect and satisfies my craving for them without the added calories. Second, I’m lactose intolerant and was a little wary to try this after seeing “contains milk”. After a little research, the lactose amount in the whey protein seemed to be minimal and decided to try it.
