“I have tried TONS of different proteins & was 100% committed to a certain brand. Then the Bowmar's said they would be releasing their own. I have been following Sarah for awhile & loved her! So I was super excited!! I had been taking the protein I was committed to for about 4 years but had noticed I starting to get bloated & my stomach would get grugly from it!! So I knew I wanted to try PHC because Sarah said they made it because she would also get bloated with other protein powders.
