We're so sorry to hear you had a reaction! Sending you a DM now with some tips! Reactions are very rare but can occur when:
1. Worn longer than 8 hours.
2. Removed without oil or too quickly.
3. Applied in a way that pulls your skin too much, either applying too high or not having enough support for your own skin type/ breast shape/weight combination.
4. In very rare cases it can be an allergic reaction, though this is very rare.

“Truly have never experienced such phenomenal customer service and support. I ordered Vanilla A/B and was promptly contacted with an out of stock update and proposal to swap for Caramel instead. I was concerned about it since it's for my wedding dress, which I'm already panicking over for a multitude of reasons. Meara was so patient, understanding and helpful resolving any doubts. She even pointed me to info on their bridal rebate program and specific video tips on how to apply and where to trim based on my dress! I cannot even begin to articulate what a relief it was to find this product before my first dress fitting. I knew how I wanted my chest to look to feel most comfortable and confident in the dress and didn't think it would be possible without surgery. There's only so much magic a seamstress can work. The neckline doesn't allow for straps, strapless, backless, plunging or typical front closure adhesive cups. It's cut out on the sides and sewing in cups won't provide the lift and cleavage desired. This is a total game changer!! The extra strips were key in achieving the look I wanted. Felt like I was wearing nothing at all and still gave me full support and range of motion in 90+ degree heat as a super stress tested trial run for a late November dance party post ceremony. Watch the tutorials and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS - dry dry dry, rub rub rub! Blow dryer was a great help too. Trimming can be a little nerve wracking and tricky if doing yourself, I will need a bit more practice to get straight lines. I was skeptical that it would still hold post trimming, no issues at all! Removal was also much less painful than I anticipated. I will get so much more use out of plunging necklines and swim suits that I already own now that I found brassybra to fill in some confidence. OBSESSED.”
