I fell asleep with it on and it was still in tact.My only complaint is I got the biggest size and I still have to wear 2 brassy bras on each breast for full support. I got the extra support strips but it's made my boob look weird that's why I wore 2 brassy bras instead. My bra size is 44dd. Maybe I wore it wrong so it didn't held up without 2. If you need more than the little extra strips can provide (some users use two on each breast to get the coverage they need), one thought to get the best bang for your buck is to cut a second pair of Brassybra in half and use both halves on each breast to create a 1.5 Brassybra to ensure you get the coverage you need.
