Hi Erica! Brassybra can definitely hold a G cup, though we only recommend use up to 40G. It is incredibly sticky, so it can hold up a very large bust, but it's important to apply the bottom half first, as per instructions, and then apply the top half, so it doesn't stick to itself. If you pick it up and move it multiple times as well, it will lose it's adhesive. The first adhesion is the best adhesion, but if you must move it you can always use a blowdryer on low.
