Per our Shipping & Returns page, we can only accept the BrassyBraless in original condition, clean, with a sanitary gusset sticker in place, and in the original packaging in order to be accepted for refund/exchange. If the item is not received back in resellable condition, we aren't able to offer a refund or exchange. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
