“I love your product. I have used it before. However, this time around, i got a real bad reaction on my skin when i removed it. Please advise what is the best method to remove the tape?”

Thank you for your feedback! We're so sorry to hear you had a reaction! Here are factors that could've contributed to it this time:
1. Wearing longer than 8 hours. You want to make sure you're not wearing it too long, as the grip gets stronger the longer you wear it and Brassybra exfoliates the skin a bit when you remove!
2. Wearing more than 1-2 times per week. We recommend once a week wear as a maximum as the exfoliating effect of Brassybra can compound if worn too frequently and cause irritation.
3. Removing too quickly, and without oil. You want to remove really slowly and gently with lots of oil, removing from bottom to top. Removing too quickly without oil can cause irritation as well. A hot shower helps too!
