“I would like to preface this review by stating that I heard about this brand in high regards on a social media platform and this is not intended to slander or bash the company at all. I needed a sticky bra for a dress i had purchased for prom so, when i heard about this brand and all of the amazing commentary behind it, I was ecstatic. My prom was held the 4th of June and i had placed my order on May 24th. That gives the package a little over a week and a half of processing and shipping. I received the package on the predicted date and when i opened it, nothing was inside the box. In response to this shock, i sent an email to customer service with photos to prove there was nothing in the package i pain almost $50 on. In the email, i expressed my frustration and inquired about possibly receiving a replacement asap due to prom being so soon. The first email was sent on May 28th. Normally, i would expect a response in 3 business days however, on June 1st i sent another message regarding the urgency of this package. After not receiving another response on the second email, i sent another the day after expressing my frustration and how their lack of response forced me into a very unpleasant situation. By this point, it was too late for them to send me the items i had spent a significant amount of money on and going on almost a week with no response. On June 3rd, I received a brief email telling me that i had been refunded. I don't hold anything against the company but i cannot promise i will return as a satisfied customer. I believe there could have been several different and more efficient ways to handle this situation and I, more than anything, am extremely disappointed. I hope nobody else has to go through the same experience as i did and i'm very upset that i was not able to receive the bra i was anticipating so much. I hope my experience was just a stepping stone down the successful path this companies future awaits.”
“It didn't stick like how the original ones .. even following the instructions and making sure my skin was clean it didn't hold like the nude ones. I felt like these are softer on the touch but lack the support.. even when you activate the heat stickiness.. not satisfied”
