“First off I want to say thank you BrassyBra for making a good quality product for larger breasts!
Even though I ordered the largest size which was supposed to work for my cup size, I still had to use 2 pieces of the “little extra” per side which just ends up being so much money for one use. There is a learning curve to applying it for sure, and the video tips they have helped me with application. It does give a surprising amount of lift, kept its hold and stayed on for the 8 hours (and I felt it would have stayed on longer) that I had it on. However, cutting it to fit your dress/outfit is more difficult than they show in the videos, it does get wrinkled and start to peel away from the skin where it's been cut which is disappointing. Overall, I see how this is great for smaller busts but for my DDD, realistically I'll only be using this for my wedding dress!”
Hi Elizabeth, thank you for sharing! A great Brassybra hack is to use a blowdryer on low for any peeling. Simply rub into your skin as you use the dryer for a couple of minutes and that will reactivate the adhesive. Making sure you wait 30 minutes for the product to adhere before trimming is also crucial for this step! Congratulations on your wedding

“I was truly impressed by brassy bras!! First, THEY ACTUALLY FIT MY DD'S!!! They were super easy to use and remove. I ordered them to try out before my wedding. I wore it for about 9 hours and they did the job. My only issue was after about 6 hours, my chest started to itch. When I took them off, my upper chest (not my breasts) were red and itchy. I don't think it was the adhesive because it didn't happen anywhere else the bras were applied. Just my upper chest. I think it was from the weight pulling on my skin. I don't know if there's anything you guys can do to help fight gravity. But, for shorter time frames (less then 6 hours) they are absolutly worth it!!”
Hi Holly! Thank you for your feedback :) You're absolutely right, sometimes the the weight of larger breasts can cause tension on the skin which leads to irritation. You did the perfect thing by removing as soon as you felt itching. Did you try our little extra strips? It sounds like you can get the full 8 hour wear time if you get a little bit more support to ' fight gravity' as you said! If you have enough support, it should be perfect for a full 8 hours. “I've heard great reviews so I tried this, hoping to find an option for my wedding. Unfortunately they gave me small blisters on my upper chest where my skin was holding most of the weight. Further when I trimmed them to the shape of my dress they didn't have enough to hold me up and I ended up with a very weird looking squished boob. I would encourage you to try these though if you don't have skin sensitivities and if your dress cut doesn't force you to trim too much of the adhesive. Good luck!”
Hi Rachel! Thank you for sharing. Blisters can arise rarely when too much of the product is trimmed, as you mentioned, which then causes too much tension pulling on the skin. It's possible that you could find the support you need from underneath, with our little extra strips, but of course, rarely, the dress has so little coverage that it's impossible for certain clients to get enough support they need over time. Hi Andreia! The adhesive's strength is why it can take a few extra minutes, but then it means you get waterproof hold that lasts all day! If you completely soak the top and underneath of the product in a natural oil, like coconut oil, as you slowly and gently remove, it should only take a couple of minutes. Remember not to exceed 8 hour wear!
