“Brassy Bra is the only bra that has allowed me to go strapless while also providing great support. My usual nipple petals/ strapless bras do not have the same amount of support, and can sometimes not smooth out nipple/ breast shape to look rounded. I have used brassy bra for hours on end for important nights wearing backless dresses, etc. I have never had any problems with having a reaction/ blister to the adhesive of the product, but if you have sensitive skin, they give you a small sample circle to check! “After nursing my little girl for just over a year I decided to change up my style a little and some of the bras that I have weren't working with some of the shirts that I have. So I thought I'd give the brassy bra a go! The packaging was beautiful and the shipping was quick and easy. What could go wrong? Well after nursing for so long your boobs are just not the same. Not bad, but not the same. So I apply the brassy bra and seeing as my boobs aren't as plump as they once were it didn't go as planned.
Long story short I have never felt so bad about my boobs since nursing in my life. Having said that it is a great product but not for moms who have finished nursing”

“I wanted to like this, but after my first night of using I received blisters and scratches when removing the bra. Insane. I don't know how something can be made that would physically injure someone. For reference I'm a 34 C/D and 140 pounds. I am in pain from using this bra and would t recommend to anyone unless you want to be harmed. Have pictures for reference.”

Blisters can occur in rare cases where user's skin cannot tolerate the adhesive, or when the wear time was too long or application needed to be tweaked. “I was in a wedding this weekend and was skeptical to try. I decided to wear it for the rehearsal dinner as a trial run and couldn't be happier. Everything stayed in place and it lasted all day. “I was so excited about trying this product and it worked great for a couple hours but in the middle of my friends wedding half of the bra started to peel off and the othe half started to painfully pull my skin. I have big boobs so I decided to use 2 bras in each boob for better support and it looked AMAZING but even after I follow the instructions to the T, the bra just didnt stay on. I waited over 30min after I shower, applying the bra from the lower part up, use my hands in upwards motion and a blow dryer to activate it but it just didn't work... started the night with great perky boobs, amazing cleavage and killing it with my deep cut dress but ended with no support and painful blisters.”

There's likely something that can be tweaked because it's virtually impossible for Brassybra to peel when all instructions are followed! You may have needed more set time before leaving the house. “I'll start off by saying that this product did its job. It somehow held up my DDD's for 10 or so hours until I wanted to remove the "bra".
That being said, I can't say for sure that I'll be using this product again. Even with the use of oil, I felt like I was ripping my skin off. ESPECIALLY when trying to remove the nipple covers. Oh my goodness, did that hurt.
I now have a (hopefully only) temporary reminder that I used this product, in form of a strip of blisters from where the bra was holding my breast up. I should also say that I am not a person with sensitive skin, at all.
I'm sure this isn't the case with many users of this product, but I wanted to share my experience so if anyone else has the same issue, they know they're not the only one.”
Hi Victoria! We definitely don't recommend usage over 8 hours for this reason. There could also be application tips that could help avoid this in the future. Too much tension for too long is what can create blisters, and there's ways you can change application/wear times to avoid any irritation. We totally understand where you'e coming from, and we're working on a more sustainable option as well! Brassybra is made out of 97% cotton, and it's really only for special occasions, not every day use. There's really no other option for Brides, Proms, etc, when you need support and want to wear a backless dress, etc. We're working on it, trust us!
“I had heard and read so many great reviews, I was really excited to try these, so I bought them hoping to use them for my wedding. I had even planned on buying a second set after a couple of test runs, for my comfort and to know if I needed to adjust my application. I wear a G, so I cut one in half to use on the sides. Well, decided to give it a go and wear them to work tonight. Made sure I was completely dry, fresh out of the shower. I didnt even finish getting dressed before one almost completely rolled off. I tried the "warm them up" route, to no avail. Basically a $15 waste to not even be able to save them. I know there is a learning curve. I watched all of the videos. Read dozens of reviews. At the very least, they shouldn't come right off, after only 5-10 minutes. So disappointed, and I guess I'll have to find something else to wear under my wedding dress.”
