“Brassybra has been nothing but a disappointment for me. I ordered a brassybra for an event about a week and a half out. I wanted to make sure it came in time so I paid extra for quicker shipping. The item never arrived and I eventually got notified a week later that it had been returned to sender. I emailed brassybra requesting a full refund as my item never came and there was no attempt to resend it. They never responded to my emails and have not issued a refund. I was incredibly excited to try this product since it had so many rave reviews, but now I feel disappointed, cheated, and I am just looking to get my money back. I hope writing here will lead to some resolution, because I have not gotten any response from brassybra customer service, and I paid over 50 dollars for a bra that never came!”

Anyways, we ship a lot of packages and sometimes the shipping handler delivers it to the wrong address or it's kidnapped by aliens. “I was soooo excited for these, im not really that big of a cup (im a C) anyway, ive been talking about it soo much my mom finally got it for my bday. I wore them for the first time to a fancy dinner with a backless dress and low front cut and about 1 or 2 hours in, they completely started to unstick (mind you I had taken a shower before and i waited until i was completely dry until i put them on) i thought id give them another chance just on a regular day out on errands and the same thing happened!
