Hi Sibyl, firstly I am very sorry for your experience, this is not the usual feedback we receive. We use our safe and special hypoallergenic adhesive, manufactured under very strict conditions in Korea (worlds leading skin care manufacturers). However, here are a few reasons issues similar to this can arise:
1.If you rip Brassybra off instead of using oil and gently removing it slowly, this causes some distress on the skin. Sometimes taking extra time and using a lot of oil can make a big difference for some users.
2. Customers with larger/heavier busts sometimes experience extra pulling and tension on the skin if the bra is applied too high. This can sometimes be alleviated by making sure the bra is applied a bit lower, and on the first try (rather than sticking and lifting multiple times). It's also important to make sure that the bra is applied on the bottom half first, and then gently pressed upwards (see our website for video how-to's and tips, there can be a bit of a learning curve the first few times you use Brassybra).
3. Consecutive use can cause irritation, if you use Brassybra several days in a row there can be a slight peeling affect that can compound if the product is worn longer than your skin can tolerate.
4. Very rarely some users report that their skin is simply too sensitive for the strong adhesive, or there may be a small allergic reaction. There are several factors at play here, so it's hard to know, but this is a rare possibility.
