We’re so sorry to hear this. From what you’ve described, it’s possible that the adhesive on your Brassybra was defective. This is very uncommon, but unfortunately it can happen occasionally.

Hi! TLE is not supposed to be used on top of Brassybra, it should only overlap a little bit. As long as the skin is bone dry when applying, the adhesive is incredibly strong. It's likely that there was a residue on the skin that inhibited the stick based on what we're seeing from your other review. The skin needs to be completely dry from any leftover lotion/moisture/oil/ etc before application. Please email us for help! Contact@brassybra.com <3
