This is an easy drinking, hoppy pale ale that will likely become a regular feature in your brewing schedule. The malt backbone provides a hint of caramel, and the Cascade hops provides plenty of floral citrus aromas and flavours. It is light copper in colour, with a good, long-lasting head and full lace.
You will need to have the necessary equipment for all-grain brewing.
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.011 IBU: 48EBC: 14 ABV: 6.0%
Ingredients: - American Ale Malt - Wheat Malt- Gladiator Malt - Medium Crystal Malt - Falconer's Flight Hops- Idaho 7 Hops- Yeast, depending on your selection
Total amount of malt: approx. 5.35kg
