This yeast is famous for its clean flavours and hardy fermentations. Known for its use in hoppy beers, it accentuates hop flavors and aromas and attenuates well, even for high-gravity beers. First time using the new packets, did enjoy not having to make a starter - but would have been able to make that choice (i.e. make a starter and save on the cost of the yeast)

Amazing yeast, used it a few times in other styles but this time I was blown away on how it transformed my Red Ale into such beautiful biscuity sweet loving Red Irish style Ale.
